1️⃣ Late Check-In Fees:
After 8:00 PM: €40
After 11:00 PM: €50
Sundays: €40
Public Holidays: €50

Note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we offer the option to check in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, allowing you to drop off your bags while the apartment is being cleaned. The fee for this early check-in is €20. We will do our best to have the property ready by your arrival time; however, we guarantee it will be ready by 3:00 PM.

2️⃣ NOTES FOR YOUR STAY
1.Always keep your front door fully closed and locked when leaving your apartment.

2. Avoid disturbing your neighbors. Be considerate of the people who live in your building.

3 NO PARTIES. If items go missing or are damaged, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.

4.Dispose of your daily trash in the main trash bins at the building entrance or on the street, as indicated at the entrance to your building.

5.Keep the volume of your TV and music low before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m.

6. Keep your apartment clean and tidy to help minimize pests. Rome is an ancient city and is home to cockroaches, mice, rats, and scorpions!

7.Linens and towels must only be used for their intended purposes.

8. Feminine hygiene products and other items must be disposed of in the trash and NOT IN THE TOILET. If the toilet or sink becomes blocked, it may be due to what you are flushing or pouring down the drain, and you will be responsible for the cost.

9.Close your shutters and windows when you are not in your apartment.

10 Please do not slam the doors in the apartment, as this causes the paint to crack around the doorframe and disturbs your neighbors.

11 Do not attempt to make any calls using the apartment’s phone line. Any calls made during your stay will be charged to you.

12. If something isn’t clean enough or you’re having any technical issues with an appliance or the TV... Please let us know so we can take care of it for you :) Our goal is for you to have a pleasant stay.
