  • Leie av stor leilighet til leie i Via Milazzo, få skritt fra Roma Termini stasjon og få minutters gange fra Colosseum og Spansketrappen. Leiligheten har nylig blitt restaurert og ligger i f��rste etasje i en elegant bygning fra begynnelsen av 1900-tallet. Sammensatt av stue med sofa, stor spisestue med bord for 10 personer, en stor suite med dobbeltseng og sittegruppe med sofa, et dobbelt soverom med to separate senger, et fullt utstyrt kjøkken, et bad med badekar, et bad med dusj . Utstyrt med klimaanlegg på alle rom, digital bakke-TV, DVD, hi-fi, internettforbindelse, vaskemaskin, tørketrommel, oppvaskmaskin. Moderne klassiske designmøbler, høye tak og en utmerket beliggenhet for å bes��ke det historiske sentrum av Roma til fots fullfører leiligheten.

Excellent

What a great spacious property & location, also so close to the Rome Termini, allows easy access to other areas of Italy if you want to travel by train. I will definitely recommend to fiends travelling to Rome.

Family holiday in Rome

The apartment was a great venue for our visit to Rome. More than enough space for a family of five and the check-in was really easy. Location is reasonable. The main station is really close so getting to the sites by public transport is easy. The area itself is OKish with a mix of restaurant types.

Great experience

Very nice, spaceous, quiet and clean apartment close to the centre of Rome offering comfortable accommodation. Roma Termini is only a 6 minute walk from the apartment and so it’s very easy to visit places of interest in Rome. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice holiday in Rome.

Nice apartment close to Termini station

We loved that there was enough room for 7 people. The location was pretty close to all the major attractions. We were able to walk or take the subway/busses. The apartament may need some reno work but overall was a good experience

Great Location and clean property.

Location was perfect. Very close to Train station and plenty of restaurants. Communication with property owner was very easy and check in process was very smooth. Lady helped us find things around and also suggested how to save on food and thins around in Rome. She was very pleasant and had lot of patience. Answered calls right away when we had questions. I would certainly recommend this property for anyone that would visit Rome!

Our family of 6 booked this property for 2 nights. After checking in, we went out and when we got back there was no water. Their management company attempted to help but they said nothing could be done till next morning so they would email the office so someone would resolve this first thing in the morning. He also said he would request a refund for that night. It wasn’t until 10:15am next morning that someone came in and ultimately said it was probably a problem with the building, but it was weird that other people in the building had water. He said he would let the office know and left. By this time a tiny bit of water in one of the showers was coming out and had to shower that way, which took forever. Most of the day was lost. After we went out, they wrote to us that there was nothing they could do about the water in the meantime and after escalaty further they said Isaac had authorized a full refund so we could book another place, but we basically needed to check out right asap. We had already lost most of the day and now we were out in the city and were checking out next morning so we told them we would just have to deal with it that night again. Thankfully we had water again when we returned. They never refunded for the first night and Isaac never responded the messages i sent him through VRBO. The rest of his staff stopped responding as well. Overall not a good experience.

Excellent Location and Apartment

To start off the apartment was as advertised. Had lots of space, was clean, and had all of the amenities you'd want in an extended stay vacation rental.The only criticisms I would have are the check in process, the location, and some minor noise in the mornings, and the water.The check-in process wasn't clear up front, so when we arrirved at the property (slightly earlier than the check-in time) we didn't know who or what to look for, so we ended up getting contact information through the VRBO messages for a local employee/agent that was supposed to meet us and give us the keys to enter and exit the apartment. They then collected the occupancy tax witch wasn't included in the price paid up front so keep that in mind. The agent gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations for places to eat which was great. The second criticism is that the street directly in front of the entrance to the apartment is used as a sort of market, so each morning there are lots of stands and vendors setting up shop and selling things throughout the day, it was charming but a bit of a surprise as I didn't see this happening on any of the surrounding streets or blocks.This leads to the third criticism, there was a fair bit of noise in the mornings, likely from people coming and going, working, and setting up their shops, since the apartment is on the first floor, the noise was enough to wake us up in the morning.Lastly, the water pressure wasn't great and had limited hot water.

All in all loved it. But did’nt like the booking fee vrbo charge . I would’nt book through them again. I did’nt even know about it until we booked

Fantastic Accommodation

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was big and spacious with great bedrooms and all facilities you will need. We were met by Phillipe who gave us a great introduction. Great location near central station and 20 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We loved staying here and will rebook if we return to Rome. You will not be disappointed!!
