We’re located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, near the Olympic Stadium.
Paid parking is available on the street in blue-line zones.

LIVING ROOM: lounge area with two sofas (NO sofa beds) and TV, dining area with wooden table and chairs, portable fan. Direct access to the terrace with a table and four chairs, panoramic view of the city.
BEDROOM I: double bed (1.60 x 1.90 cm), two nightstands with lamps, closet, and portable fan.
BEDROOM II: double bed (1.60 x 1.90 cm), two nightstands with lamps, closet, and portable fan.
OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Independent heating.
The first and most important feature of this neighborhood is the covered market located right across the street from the building where the apartment is located. Full of colors, scents, and a lively atmosphere, it’s a pleasure to chat with the people there and let their energy wash over you. Plus, if you’re into art or music, the National Museum of Arts, the MAXXI, and the Parco della Musica are all within walking distance. Not to mention the Teatro Olimpico, which is right around the corner. In short, a neighborhood rich in art, culture, and Roman charm!
Getting around the area
You can reach us from:
- ROME FIUMICINO AIRPORT: Take the shuttle to Roma Termini. Continue on bus no. 910 to the Melozzo Da Forli’ stop, which is 2 minutes from the apartment. Travel time: 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- ROME CIAMPINO AIRPORT: Take bus no. 520 to the Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop, then take Metro Line A to the Ottaviano stop, and finally take bus no. 32 to the Lgt Cadorna/M.Llo Giardino stop, less than 10 minutes from the apartment. Travel time: 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- ROMA TERMINI STATION: Take bus No. 910 to the Melozzo Da Forli’ stop, which is 2 minutes from the apartment. Travel time: 40 minutes.
- IF YOU’RE ARRIVING BY CAR: You can park on blue-line metered street parking spaces.
You can also pay to park at the Roma - Service Parking - Stadio Olimpico, less than 5 minutes away.
The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.
In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.
Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
