The location is great, but the apartment has seen better days, and no longer looks as inviting as its profile photos. The furniture is shabby and is covered to conceal its age. The lobby stinks of garbage, and the app to access the apartment doesn't work, so you'll spend a lot of time and energy getting someone to let you in. Recommend looking elsewhere for your Roman Holiday.

Few problems

Location was great, apartment clean and well equipped. A few problems, access to apartment was difficult as there was no phone reception inside the stairwells, we had to have one person out in the street to use phone while other waited upstairs to open door with connection. The shower in back bathroom leaked out onto floor, very slippery. Kitchen sink table impossible pressure.

Pantheon Stay

We stayed for two nights with our friends. The check in Was a little complicated due to the fact that the wifi doesn't work outside the apartment door. You can use the code to open the door, it's a little tricky, we were able to get it to work on the third try. After that, there was not problem getting into the apartment. The location is amazing and the apartment is well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay. Overall, I would rate this a 5. I do have three minor complaints, the air conditioner in the master is really loud and needs attention. The mattresses were a little soft for me. I think they might be in need of an upgrade. The last thing was that there was no shower curtain or door on the second shower and you had to sit down to take a shower. For the price of the place, this should be rectified. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked and the living room had really nice furniture. The towels and linens were really nice quality. To sum this up, with a couple of tweaks, I would stay here again.

Awesome location within view of Pantheon

We enjoyed the apartment and it’s location to the historic area. The Pantheon is only a minute walk away. Restaurants are plenty as well as grocery store nearby for those who wish to stock up and cook at home. Full kitchen for those who enjoy cooking and dining at home. Plenty of room in the apartment everywhere, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms of good size. Our host Francesca was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

This apartment was in a great location. It was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is there a some stairs to climb to get to the apartment and I was traveling with my elderly father. Otherwise it was great.

Perfect location

We had a group of four adults (2 being our adult children)… this apartment was clean and well appointed. It was spacious and had ideal location. You could be at the pantheon in two minutes walk…. Trevi fountain in 10-15 minute walk. Would not hesitate to stay there again

First time in Rome with the teens

The location was amazing, and the apartment was very roomy. There were some issues with understanding the temperature control, but that was worked out, and we loved the location of this apartment. Very easy to explore all of Rome.

Poor facilities

On first look the property looks stylish and the location is wonderful. There is no 3G or 4G access inside the flat so you need to have the code to manually unlock the front door. We had to wait for someone else to go into the property to get in from the outside door first. The internet connection in the house is patchy and we had to lean out of the window to make phone calls. The quality of the facilities is terrible - 2 showers, but one is boiling hot and you can’t adjust the temperature, the other drips constantly and has been shut with a valve to stop this. No shower curtain, and only one set of towels for a week. Water all over the floor after using the shower and only one floor towel to mop up with. No toilet roll holder, no tooth mug, no soap dish, bare minimum toilet roll and cheap complimentary toiletries. The dishwasher doesn’t work, there are loose plug sockets in the kitchen, no coffee, no olive oil, no pan lids, no teatowels. 2 kettles, one broken. 2 coffee mokas, one unusable. No washing up liquid , dirty glasses put back into the cupboard. The clothes washer stank of mould, no clothes washing detergent, pillow case had a blood stain on it. I’ve never given negative feedback before but this place is awful and not worth the money - I’ve stayed in better equipped youth hostels at a fraction of the price of this place. If you want a refund you have to declare the problems immediately on arrival but it takes a while to discover that basically nothing works.

Quelques jours à Rome

Appartement grand et surtout très bien situé, à une centaine de mètres du Panthéon,donc toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied. Équipement de l’appartement tres complet,tres pratique. Les mauvais points pour cet appartement sont les suivants: la grande douche dans la baignoire ne fonctionne pas du tout,les robinets de la douche à l’italienne dans la 2 ème salle de bain ne permettent pas de régler la température de l’eau,quant au lave vaisselle, il ne fait qu’un vague rinçage et affiche error 09. Ces détails mériteraient une vérification par un professionnel. Par contre wifi impeccable.

Great location and lovely apartment.

We really enjoyed the ease of the apartment. The entire process was simple and just as we expected. Our only challenge was with the front door and not always having a cell signal or we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to connect before entering, thus making it hard to open the front door a few times. We’d definitely come back!

Perfect location and comfortable stay

This place has location, location, location and offered a very comfortable stay, especially with the large sofas and beds. However, with a few tweaks it could easily attain its billing as a deluxe apartment. We stayed 8 nights as a family of four, consisting of 2 teenagers. Located by The Pantheon (a stone’s throw away and for which you can get a glimpse from the 1st floor lounge room window), but a short walk to the Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori and Vatican and in the other direction the Trevi Fountain and surrounding area with loads of shops and eateries. I’d recommend the airport transfer service too - no fuss and no more expensive than local taxis. To make the apartment fully deluxe it would be great if - A. The kitchen was better fitted - e.g. we had 2 tumblers and 2 wine glasses for four people. There was no cheese grater nor washing up liquid or dishwasher soap tablets on arrival. B. The en-suite shower tap was very stiff - so the difference between a hot shower and cold shower was millimetres. C. The second shower had a constant and significant drip. D. We were there in 38c and the air-con effectiveness was just bearable, most of the time. E. It is nice to relax with TV sometimes on holiday and the non-Italian stations were 2-few so would have been nice to have had a smart TV, where we could connect to our streaming accounts e.g. Netflix F. WiFi did not extend to the spare room. As it happens the router and WiFi log in details were shoddily nailed to the kitchen wall. G. Though there was a washing machine there was not one spare towel or bath mat. All minor things but surely easily remedied by the cleaning staff to ensure any broken items are replaced and to inform the owner of maintenance requirements. We enjoyed our time, but given the price we paid for a ‘deluxe’ apartment, I detract at least 1 star for value for money and lack of focus on detail to comfort and furnishings.

Great location

Place was great. Located less than 30 seconds walk to the Pantheon and very close to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. We were able to easily walk to the Coliseum, the Vatican, Temple of the Fatherland, Roman Forum. All the major sites. Was an extremely enjoyable stay.

3 Days in Rome

A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Rome. Such a convenient location. The apartment had lots of room and only one flight of stairs to travel. Felt like a local. Thanks.
