Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood with a strategic location

Welcome to the Appia Comfort Zone, a cozy and inviting home equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The spacious bedroom features a desk set up for working, and the elegant bathroom includes a large shower with dual water jets. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, and coffee makers, as well as a refrigerator. All kitchen utensils are provided. The living room features a sofa bed to accommodate any additional guests. The home is located on the first floor of a building in the Appio Latino neighborhood—a lively yet very quiet area with all amenities, just a short walk from public transportation connecting to the historic center. Nearby you’ll find the Appia Antica Park, San Sebastiano Park, and Caffarella Park. However, my favorite park is Parco degli Scipioni, which you can access from Porta Latina; a little further on to the right, you’ll find the Church of San Giovanni a Porta Latina, one of those timeless places that make Rome the Eternal City. There’s a wide selection of bars and restaurants to suit every budget, all offering good quality. For vegans, I recommend Osteria Misticanza, while to try authentic Amatriciana, I suggest Da Domenico 1969.
