Casa Augusto is located in a historic building in Rome from the late 19th century. Very bright, quiet and equipped with every comfort, located in a quiet street and with a splendid view of a huge private garden.

The 100sqm apartment consists of a very nice living room with comfortable sofa, Smart TV, Bluetooth radio, books and guides about Rome and Italy, dining area with large table, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm width double beds and 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms and the living room overlook the beautiful garden.

Air conditioning, washing machine, independent heating and one of the fastest free internet connections in Rome are available for our guests.

For your safety we provide a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, a smoke carbon monoxide detector and a gas sensor.

The furnishings have been carefully designed to create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere with a typical touch of Italian elegance.

Access for guests

The apartment is located in a historic building from the late 19th century on the third floor. There is an elevator. To access the lift there are 4/5 steps.

Area

We are located in the Sallustiano district, just 1 km from Piazza Barberini and 1.4 km from the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is located in a unique area of ​​Rome. The location is perfect in balancing the proximity to all the touristic wonders of the city and the authenticity of an area still inhabited by real Romans. You will find yourself one step away from the beauties of the historic center of Rome but in an original environment, with numerous non-tourist activities, restaurants enjoyed by locals, an ancient fruit, vegetable, fish and meat market still very much alive (Piazza Alessandria), Villa Borghese one of the most beautiful parks in the city and various public transport that connect the neighborhood to the heart of the city in just a few minutes.

Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 10 must pay 6 euros per night for the City Tax (only for the first 10 nights in case of long stays).

This holiday home has been duly approved by the Municipality of Rome.
