"My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. There were a lot of ants crawling around in the room, which was very unpleasant and made it hard to relax.
The shower was also frustrating to use, as the water kept switching between hot and cold every other minute. It was impossible to get a consistent temperature.
In addition, the check-in process took far too long. Even though there were four desks open at reception, the staff seemed inefficient, and the wait time was excessive.
Overall, I expected a much better experience and would not recommend this hotel."
