«We stayed here last year and had a nice experience so we returned this year. Last year it was much less busy and much more quiet. This year it was almost crowded. That was fine, but the problem was the loud music going to 11pm in the courtyard that our balcony and sliding door opened onto. I wanted to have the door open so we could sleep with fresh air and the sound of the ocean, but with the loud music and then the crowds continuing to party, I had to wait until the middle of the night. Happy staff always w a great attitude! Food was great! All restaurants were delicious. All amenities were great. Staff way friendlier than Secrets Akumal for sure! I highly recommend this hotel. «My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. »

«Very short walk into the busy town. Was much quieter here. We often had the pool to our selves. The bus was close so we visited many other towns. Easy to walk to beach. VERY Wonderful hospitality. If there is something you need just ask. Spotless and well maintained. Away from the lively town but easy to walk to. Very comfortable firm beds. Room spacious. Everyone was so friendly and a great work team spirit. Would stay again.»

«Beautiful design but not at all functional. Very limited space around the main pool. No tables and chairs. Very noisy with construction going on 6 days a week right next to the property. You need a code to get out of the property, so not secure in case of an emergency.»
