«This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and it was the best experience ever. The actual hotel is stunning. Everything is spotless. The main entrance is beautiful. The walk out to the pools is equally as magnificent. The pools are nice and clean and there are plenty of places to sit. The beach is clean and there aren't too many people trying to sell you things. The restaurants are amazing and for a week stay, you'll be able to try all of them. 10/10 would recommend.»

«While there was an issue at check-in (no record of my free breakfast, and an additional $15/night fee which was more than the $12/night previously emailed), hotel management made it right. The staff and the service was fantastic, as was the food. The hotel is safe and the view from the room was fantastic! It was weird sharing a balcony with another room, but luckily we never saw or heard our neighbors. It's a lovely place, ESPECIALLY as an Expedia VIP member with the perks!»

«This resort was overall pretty good, a little dated and lots of stairs for rooms on upper floors as there was no elevators. Being close to the beach and having lots of options for kids made it a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed our stay.»

«Many times repeat guest at Palladium. Low season so hotel was full of locals on 3-4 day trips. Large family groups who tolerated us but are not generally friendly or communicative and squeeze you out of your space if you don’t stand your ground. Beaches are Federally owned so not unusual to find locals walking onto supposed hotel beach front. All that said we keep coming back and have stayed in Family Selection area the last few visits where you are better cared for and have better ...
