«The place is beautiful and has a lot of potential, the swim constantly had dead bugs in there and wasnt cleaned as often, our fridge did not work we let front desk know and no one came, the bathroom door and shower doors did not close and no maintenance came to assist. Phone was not working, light on and off multiple time. Toilet was not working and asking properly took 3 hrs.
