«I love to stay in Hyatt with Falls view. Clean and spacious room, very comfortable with everything. Just too expensive for parking. You will be charged for the bottle water if you are not Hyatt members.»

«Fantastic view! Treat yourself and pay for a high floor. Large room with extremely soft towels. Great service and nice breakfast. 20 minute walk to «Downtown» which is nice since Downtown is a bit too much and has sort of Vegas vibe. Parking is a bit steep and a couple of minutes to walk if you choose to self park.»

«There was hair on the wall of the shower and in the tub. There was dust on the phone and side table, the door stopper was missing, the lamp pole was lopsided and was propped up against the wall and the arm chair was used to keep it from falling over. Security was no where to be found to patrol the area and to maintain the courtyard rules of no noise after 10pm. Understandably, that this is a family friendly hotel, however, maybe a section could be for individuals that have older children or no ...

«Took the expensive falls view room. It was a serious stretch on my budget but I don’t regret it. That view was hypnotic. The hotel is very dated and could do with a complete remodeling. »

«Two Pools and Hot tub were in good working condition. Parking is included with no extra fees. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you can purchase breakfast, lunch & dinner. The location was within walking distance to view the falls on the Canadian side. We would stay there again.»

«The room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was delicious with many choices. Staff was very nice and helpful. My only issue is that our shower in the room was insanely small- like a closet. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.»

«It works if you need a place at Niagara Falls. It is ok but in serious need of a oppgrade. Essentially the elevator, impressively slow, constant wait... please. God services and great location. »
