Terrible experience, the first night when we went to bed found blood stains on the bedsheets. When complained they casually offered to change the room or change the bedsheet.As we had kid and old person on board we requested to change the bedsheet. They sent the bed sheet and asked us to change it ourselves. They told that they don’t have any one available to assist us. Horrible.
The next day we were there in the lobby to watch the children movie with our son. They run children movie every weekend from 8 pm to 10 pm. My wife mistakenly left her winter Jacket that evening in the hotel lobby. The very next morning when we reported this in front desk to check lost and found for the jacket they told that nothing was left. We asked for CCTV footage and they said that it is not available in the lobby. We lost a $250 winter jacket and they didn’t even try to help us. It was indeed a worst trip. We asked to meet the manager but they told that he/she is not available.
Additional we booked for the hotel as there was a offer for 4 waterpark pass, however they clearly denied that the offer is only available when it is booked directly with the hotel but not with Expedia.
We had one of the worst experience! I had been booking with multiple times and this is the first time it’s extremely terrible.
