Communications with the host were excellent! Julee also provided additional invaluable information about Puerto Morales (restaurants, taxis, uber, etc) which we greatly appreciated. We ended up Ubering quite a bit if we went to town in the evening, and it was very efficient. Having the bicycles was also great for going in to town during the day. The suite was perfect for us, the right size for two, and having the balcony allowed an unobstructed view of the spectacular sunrise over the ocean every morning, although going down to the beach to watch the sunrise is recommended. It was super clean, and had all amenities for cooking in if we didn't want to venture out. Ample drinking water was provided in large water jugs with an electric pump. Having the pool was handy if too windy on the beach, but most of the time we were down at the water, where there was also plenty of shade from the palms.The walk to town along the beach took about 30 minutes, and was quite enjoyable. What we liked was once you got to the town outskirts, the beach was used by locals and tourists alike, and whole families of locals would be down playing soccer, fishing, just enjoying the outdoors. We found the town itself to be very friendly and welcoming, and street vendors were friendly and polite, and not pushy. A portion of the main street where most of the restaurants are is closed off to traffic in the evening, and seating spills out in to the street in a super safe environment.
