The apartment has been designed to offer a welcoming and pleasant setting, ensuring a comfortable stay from the moment you arrive.

The living room features a cozy lounge area with a double sofa bed and a contemporary open-plan kitchen, equipped for preparing meals or enjoying breakfast before your Parisian adventures.

There are two separate bedrooms:
• one bedroom with a double bed, ideal for a good night's sleep,
• a second bedroom with two single beds and a desk, perfect for children, friends, or as a temporary workspace.

The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet completes the ensemble for added convenience.

Finally, the 20 m² private terrace, furnished with an outdoor table, offers a pleasant space for al fresco dining, enjoying a coffee, or relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The apartment is equipped with amenities designed for your comfort, including Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and bed linen and towels provided for all guests.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a secure building, offering easy access and a reassuring environment throughout your stay.

* The apartment is on the ground floor and gets little natural light. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* At 45 m², the apartment is ideal for four. With six, two guests sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and the space becomes tight, especially for a group of adults.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: it can get hot in summer during heatwaves. If you are sensitive to heat and travelling in midsummer, please take this into account.
* The apartment has no television. If you plan to watch TV during your stay, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will have 45 m² and a 20 m² private terrace in a residential part of the 15th arrondissement, near Convention metro station (line 12), with step-free access, two bedrooms, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.
