Located in the heart of Paris, I welcome you to my home, where you’ll enjoy your own private, bright, and modern 13 m² space.

Designed to offer you comfort, privacy, and independence, this private space can accommodate up to 2 guests and suits a stay in Paris alone or as a couple.

Your private space includes:
- A cozy living area with a double sofa bed and a TV
- A dining area with a table for sharing meals and spending time together
- A modern, fully equipped private bathroom with a toilet

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 13 m² (140 sq ft), the space is small: once the double sofa bed is opened, there is very little room left to move around. It suits a solo traveller or two guests who spend their days out and travel light, less so a family, a group of friends or guests looking for space.
* Sound insulation is poor: noise from the neighbours can be heard through the walls. This may bother light sleepers.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in a quiet part of the 16th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Rue de la Pompe metro station (line 9), with a private bathroom.

Amenities available to you: Wi-Fi and an iron.

Sheets and towels are provided for each guest.

Good to know: The space is located on the ground floor.

I welcome you to my home, in my apartment, as part of a bed-and-breakfast. Part of the apartment serves as my primary residence, and you will have your own private space during your stay.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed.
