Living room: A cozy space with a double sofa bed, widescreen TV and dining table, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Paris.

Kitchen: A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, and everything you need to prepare convivial meals with family and friends.

Bedrooms: Three elegant bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has two double beds, offering generous space for optimal rest.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms equipped with showers, hairdryers and welcome kits including shower gel and shampoo, for a pleasant and convenient experience.

Toilets: Two toilets for added convenience: one integrated into a bathroom, the other separate.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and one set of towels per person are provided.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment sleeps up to 10 people and is best suited to 8 or 9 guests. One of the sleeping areas is a mezzanine with a double bed, reached by a steep internal staircase, with a very low ceiling: it is hard to stand up in it and for two people to move around. It is not suitable for tall people, older guests, people with reduced mobility or young children.
* The apartment overlooks a small, quiet courtyard, but sound insulation from the apartment above is poor: the neighbours' footsteps and noise can be heard, including late in the evening and at night. Light sleepers may be disturbed.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will have 120 m² (1,292 sq ft) in the 10th arrondissement, a 4-minute walk from Barbès-Rochechouart metro station (lines 2 and 4) and close to Gare du Nord, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
