The bright living area harmoniously blends elegance and practicality. It features a double bed and a quality sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests, ideally 2 or 3. After a day out in the city, unwind in a peaceful and cozy setting.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home: stovetop, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine… even breakfast essentials are provided for your convenience.

The neat and functional bathroom includes a shower, welcome toiletries (shower gel, shampoo), and a hairdryer.

To make your stay easier: washer, dryer, fast Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, bed linens, and towels are all provided.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure building, making it easily accessible — particularly convenient for travelers with luggage or small children.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The toilet is in a very narrow separate room next to the shower room. There is barely enough space for one person, which can be uncomfortable for tall or larger guests.
* At 32 m² (344 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two or three guests. With four, two guests sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and the space becomes tight. There is no wardrobe, only shelves to store your belongings.
* The building entrance and hallway are old and have not been renovated, unlike the apartment. The contrast can be surprising on arrival.

On the plus side, you will be in the 9th arrondissement, 150 metres from Cadet metro station (line 7), on a quiet street, on the ground floor, with an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

You will enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout your stay. Being on the ground floor, it's easily accessible. Check-in is fully autonomous, and you’ll receive detailed instructions prior to arrival.

Check-in is self-service with a 24/7 access guide provided.

For late arrivals (after 11 p.m.), it is essential to carefully follow the instructions in the guide to ensure smooth access. If the guide is not followed correctly, we won’t be able to assist during the night and cannot be held responsible.
