* The apartment is on a semi-basement ground floor, partly below street level: it gets little natural light and the rooms stay dark during the day. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.

On the plus side, you will have 120 m² (1,292 sq ft) on a quiet street in the 11th arrondissement, 110 m from Parmentier metro station (line 3), with three bedrooms, two double sofa beds, three bathrooms, two separate toilets, a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
