⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot, including at night: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
* The building entrance is very narrow and the apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift: carrying luggage up takes some effort, and it is not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will stay in a quiet spot in the heart of the Marais, close to Rambuteau and Hôtel de Ville metro stations, with two double bedrooms, a renovated bathroom with a window and an equipped open kitchen.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
