⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio's only window opens onto a narrow, enclosed light well, with no view. The studio gets very little natural light and the air does not circulate easily; it is not air-conditioned and can become hot and stuffy during heatwaves. If daylight or a cool room matters a lot to you, this is not the right place for you.
* At 15 m² (161 sq ft), the studio is ideal for one person and suits two for short stays. The only bed is a double sofa bed: once opened, it takes up almost the whole room, leaving little space to move around or store large suitcases.
* The studio is on the ground floor and its door opens onto the building's staircase. The door and walls let sound through: footsteps on the stairs and neighbours' voices can be heard, including at night. This may disturb light sleepers.
* The studio is on Rue Saint-Denis, a very busy street in the evening, where sex workers are present in the street and sometimes in the building's common areas. Guests looking for a quiet residential setting in the evening will be more comfortable elsewhere.
* The shower room is very small: the toilet is right next to the shower and the washbasin is tiny, so water can splash onto the floor and the toilet while showering. Getting ready for two takes a little organisation.
