• 1 third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), located on the upper level and accessible via an internal staircase

• A living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, and armchairs

• A dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, washer-dryer, dishwasher)

• 2 bathrooms with showers, including one with a toilet

• 1 separate toilet

The cleaning fee includes fresh bed linens and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

It is a very lively district thanks to its many pedestrian streets which give access to many restaurants and trendy bars;

1.5 km from Notre-Dame de Paris, 10 minutes from the magnificent Place Dauphine on the Ile de la Cité.
