The Space:

Ideally located in the Marais, this spacious and completely renovated apartment offers a comfortable setting to accommodate up to six people.



The apartment is arranged as follows:

• 1st bedroom: equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, as well as storage.

• 2nd bedroom: equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage.

• A living room: convertible sofa bed for two people, an armchair, Smart television, high-speed Wi-Fi access and storage space.

• A dining area: dedicated to enjoying your meals comfortably.

• An open kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A bathroom: includes a bathtub, a washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A separate toilet: with sink.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: iron, ironing board and drying rack.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

You are staying in a trendy and lively neighborhood in the 11th arrondissement, between the emblematic Oberkampf and Bastille, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying dynamic local life. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at popular addresses like Fragments or Café Oberkampf, and lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Septime La Cave or Le Chateaubriand, known for their inventive cuisine and friendly atmosphere. For your daily shopping, several supermarkets and local shops are within walking distance, such as Franprix, Monoprix, bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. The area also offers many typically Parisian terraces and cafés where you can stroll and enjoy the local atmosphere. The must-see attractions of Paris are within walking distance: Place de la Bastille is about 5 minutes away on foot, the Canal Saint-Martin is very close for pleasant walks, while emblematic sites like the Louvre or the Marais are easily accessible by metro. Navigating your way to our charming apartment in the heart of the XIᵉ arrondissement is simple, thanks to Paris' efficient public transportation.



Getting to the Property:

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):

Take the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Gare du Nord.

Switch to Metro Line 5 towards Place d'Italie and exit at République station.

Our apartment is just a short walk from there.



From Orly Airport (ORY):

Catch the Orlyval light rail to Antony.

Transfer to the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport, and alight at Gare du Nord.

Then, take Metro Line 5 towards Place d'Italie, and disembark at République station.



From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal):

Hop on Metro Line 5 towards Place d'Italie and get off at République station.

This major hub offers access to Lines 3, 5, 8, 9, and 11, connecting you to all of Paris' key attractions with ease.

Included Services:

Comfort Essentials: Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

Housekeeping: Our professional cleaning team will prepare the apartment before your arrival and ensure it is pristine for your departure.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Amenities:

Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not included.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit and Additional Charges:

Security Deposit: A €350 deposit is required, payable online via credit card through SWIKLY. This will be refunded from 21 business days after departure, provided there is no damage.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Guidelines and Responsibilities:

Noise: Maintain a quiet environment to respect our neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from your deposit.

Building Work: Please note there may be construction work in the building, for which we are not responsible.



Internet Use:

Connection: Avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not liable for any internet connection issues.



Age Requirement:

Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve the apartment. Underage guests must be accompanied by an adult meeting this requirement. No refunds will be issued for non-compliance with this rule.
