The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a piano at your disposal. A fully equipped desk with a screen is also perfect for remote workers.

The dining area offers a table that seats four guests, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals (oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine).

The upstairs bedroom features a double bed (140x200) made with high-quality hotel linens. Please note that the bed is accessible by stairs and under the roof, making the apartment unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Wi-Fi is provided throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Télégraphe (line 11), is just a 2-minute walk.

CDG and Orly Airports are approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
