The Space:

The apartment is 65m2 and is located on the 2nd floor without elevator. There is an entresol before the first floor so you will feel like staying on the second floor because the view is very nice and clear.



- You will enter a beautiful room bathed in light thanks to the two large windows. The fully equipped kitchen is open on the living room.

The apartment is ideal for 4 people but 2 adults can comfortably sleep in our sofa bed.

-You will enjoy two large rooms, one facing the street is equipped with a TV.

- The room overlooking the courtyard is a real master suite, since you will enjoy an ensuite private bathroom with toilet.

- Separate toilet in the living room also.



The location of the apartment is perfect, you will be in the center of Paris and all activities can be visited on foot.



The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

With its small pedestrian and cobbled streets, the Montorgueil district is one of the most beautiful districts in Paris.



You will find in the main street, rue Montorgueil, restaurants offering all cuisines of the world, great cafes, alternatives for Vegan, as well as the best food shops (Chocolatiers, pastry, wine cellar, primeurs), and also trendy clothing stores (Rouje, COS, &Other stories, etc.)



Located in the heart of Paris, you are also close to the largest train station in Paris Chatelet-les-Halles which will allow you to access the whole city thanks to its many metro and RER lines (direct from Charles de Gaulle Airport).



For walking enthusiasts, you are a 10-minute walk from the Marais and the Louvre, as well as 15 minutes from the Opera and the Grands Magasins (Printemps and Galeries Lafayette).



You will be in the heart of Parisian life.
