"Our stay was average overall. We stayed in a twin apartment on the first floor, and the room felt quite dark because the windows were much smaller than they advertised on the website. We stayed for a week and requested a room change, but unfortunately, the staff was unable to accommodate it.
On the scheduled cleaning day (which takes place only once a week), we returned at 9 PM to find that our room had been left open by the cleaning staff. The hotel administration apologized for the “inconvenience” via text, but having your room left open for hours for anyone to enter goes beyond an "inconvenience".
The sound insulation was also poor, as we could constantly hear suitcases rolling across the ground floor.
The hotel’s location and facilities are good, but our overall experience was disappointing considering the price. In this price range, there are definitely better options available."
