Wow!! This is not the typical Marriott experience. I can’t comprehend how this hotel receives a “Wonderful” rating. The person who checked me in was not friendly at all and was extremely rude. She asked for a credit card to keep on file for incidentals, and then immediately charged me for parking without ever explaining that I would have to pay to park my own car in their parking lot. Nowhere on the Expedia website did it say that I would have to pay for parking. The only listing is that if you want covered parking, you have to pay $26 and change. Will apparently you pay for parking under the clear blue sky as well. She was extremely rude and extremely unhelpful. When we got to the room we discovered food crumbs all over the kitchenette counters and mold and mildew in the bathroom shower. This is not a clean hotel. The customer service representative in the next morning was not much friendlier. I explained the rude reception we had received the night before and she didn’t seem to care at all. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again.
