The place was hard to get to... you either had to go down to the light and make a uturn or drive through the KOA campgound and take a little road passed a homeless camp to get there. The room was ok, you could tell they had been renovated. Beds were squeaky, every time you moved, they would squeak. The water in the shower never got warm. The outside very old looking. There were cracks all around the doors.
Reserved for 3 nights, made it through one night with limited sleep. The noise outside was horrible. Not even my white noise machine could drown out the highway noise. On the second night the street racers and loud vehicles where even worse. Then there were gun shots. Not sure if the shots were from the homeless camp to the side of us or what, but it was enough to scare us. We packed up at 1231 am and left.
The office is only open certain hours and they have several signs stateing no refunds. So I doubt we will get our money back for the third night.
