Our experience at the hotel was mixed, leaning toward disappointing due to several outdated features and maintenance issues. The continental breakfast was quite basic and didn’t start until later in the morning, which didn’t align with our schedule—we noticed signs advertising an upgraded option for $9.99, but we opted out. The room appeared clean at first glance, but after showering, I discovered the floors were surprisingly dirty, leaving the soles of my feet dark brown by bedtime.
Amenities were limited: there was no refrigerator, only a microwave and coffee maker. The ceiling fan wouldn’t turn on, and the TV remote was non-functional, forcing me to navigate channels using the TV’s built-in buttons. My daughter was excited about the water park, but it closed at 6 PM, and since we arrived close to closing time, we weren’t provided passes. We were informed of a heated pool as an alternative, but it felt quite chilly—though she still had fun splashing around.
Overall, the property feels very dated, and these shortcomings make it unlikely we’d choose to stay here again. A bit more attention to cleanliness, functionality, and guest convenience could go a long way.
