    This unique mid-century modern property features many amenities to pamper and spoil you. This includes many little things you didn’t even realize you needed! A designer pool with heated spa, aesthetically pleasing design, premium materials and highly functional details. This property will delight you, guaranteed!
    The space
    House equipped with the latest 4K TV's, high-speed Wi-FI around the house, high-end furniture, a large pool, and patio area to entertain your family and friends, three full bathrooms, four bedrooms, a large living room, and even a game area for your kids to entertain themselves: large TV, the coolest bean bags, and gaming console.

    Other things to note

    Optional Amenities:
    -Hot Spa: $50 per day .
    -Heated Pool: $100 for the first day, $75 for subsequent days.
    -Please make sure to give us a heads up at least 72 hours in advance if you'd like to enjoy the heated pool.
    - BBQ/ Grill, a one-time cleaning fee of $50
    A payment is required when requesting an amenity

    We are part of a quiet community; loud noise of any kind is not permitted, and no outside noise is permitted after 9 pm.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and loved being able to spend time outside and cooling off in the pool. All basic amenities were provided and it was nice to be able to enjoy a homemade breakfast before heading out on our daily adventures. Proximity to Universal properties was a huge advantage!

This is a beautiful home and very comfortable! We a had a couple small issues come up during our stay, but Jeremy communicated quickly and took care of the issues immediately. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Orlando. It's very close to Universal, the airport and lots of restaurants and stores! Very quiet and nice neighborhood!

Nice house in a good neighborhood that’s close to the parks. The house was bigger than what we needed. But to be 8 minutes away from universal studios with a pool was worth it. It’s definitely worth what you pay for. The owner responds fast even though I didn’t. We were very happy with the house.

This is a great house, recently remodeled, and close to the Universal parks. Jeremy was great with communication when we had issues with the spa and was easy to reach. When we needed a couple of things for the kitchen, he had them delivered asap. We would definitely rent this house again.

The space was wonderful, the home had a cozy feel. It was perfect for our trip to Universal, which was less than 10 minutes away. Kids took advantage of the pool as often as possible. The host was responsive and kind when we had questions. We really enjoyed our time there.

Family Stay

Perfect for our family stay-cation! Just there over the weekend to visit Orlando. You can tell the owners put alot of love and care into their property and their rental business. Enough beds for everyone!

Cute house perfect for the 6 of us. Great location close to theme parks, shopping and restaurant. Would recommended to family looking to be close to attractions. Cute quiet neighborhood.

This property is perfect for a get together with friends! Not only is the layout very unique, it’s very accommodating for groups to talk together or separately based on the living room, family room, size of the dining room and the kitchen. Aside from the cleanliness and size, it was the small details of this property stood out versus other properties, where those same details are more of an afterthought. For example, having condiments, coffee pods, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in each room, etc. There was a PlayStation, and little things like that that made all of the difference for our trip 10/10!!!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is well maintained with many great amenities. We didn’t feel like there was anything we would have needed that wasn’t provided. The host was very kind and checked in on us after we began our stay to be sure everything was okay. The location of the house is perfect if you are planning to go to Universal. It was a 5 minute drive to and from the park, so we could easily leave and come back if we wanted. I wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the outside amenities and pool. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

This house has nearly everything you would need for the perfect vacay stay; from simple necessities like hand soap to boardgames to awesome floaties for the pool. The house is in the perfect location, and the property is just lovely. Sometimes in Orlando you're trapped in tourist central and as a former Orlandoan (?) I didn't want to be drowning in the over-priced over-merchandised world. This location met all of those needs while still being accessible to all of those touristy coveted spots. Our next Orlando family event--I know exactly where we are staying! Skip the hotel---enjoy the relaxation this house offers.

Clean, pool was fantastic, had everything we needed, laundry machines were a plus, and the fenced yard was perfect since we have two dogs. One of our dogs got out of the fence (he doesn't dig) and the gates were locked, there was some kids near by that we think opened the gate because the gate was very sturdy on the fence. Would definitely stay here again! Only thing we wished for was a king size bed.
