WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I truly don’t get why anyone would give this hotel more than one star, this has been one of my top 3 worst experiences EVER.
- The hotel is old, rooms are falling apart and the last 2 days I did not even have hot water
- TVs are just a decor, they are not smart TVs and they don’t have cable signal. They had to bring a TV from the lobby so I could watch something… a complete joke.
- I had to change rooms because the first one was in horrible condition, I forgot my sneakers and SURPRISE! The staff HAD STOLEN them
- There is nothing to do at the hotel, no activities or any kind of entertainment
- Pools are cold, and they use chemicals that hurt your skin and mouth
- Jacuzzi is not hot at all
- They allow people fully clothed to get into the jacuzzi and pools, I was horrified by this behavior
- Food quality is horrible
- Just one elevator for the biggest tower, it takes you ages to go up and down
- More than one hour to get low quality food to your room, the first day I ordered soup and it was as cold as coming out from the fridge
- The gym is a joke! It is small and has almost no machines
- I asked to cancel my reservation 2 hours after getting here, the manager would not answer the phone and waited for the next day to claim that the room was not refundable anymore. Her name is Sandra Lara and she made my stay miserable from beginning to end.
Only good things:
- Safe and quiet surroundings
- Got an amazing massage at the spa
- Gorgeous beach
