When you walk into your room the bathtub is the first thing you see...no wall just the tub. The shower and toilet are behind a glass wall. Not divided from the rest of the room. It would be weird to stay in that room with anyone other than a spouse.
The resort is over run by black birds and the poop on everything. You can't find a chair without poop on it. Birds poop all around the pool and in my two week stay it wasn't cleaned. Mini bar is a 50/50 chance it will get filled most of the time you have to call the front desk and that includes water. Constantly out of towels and I mean constantly. All lounge chairs are reserved before 8 am everyday so don't think you're going to relax around the pool. There is no store that is advertised. The strange thing was when we arrived we got a yellow bracelet to wear that identifies that you got your reservation in Expedia. Never found out why the staff had to know that but after 2 weeks I felt like others with different color bracelets got better service. Friendly staff but after breakfast they where always short handed.
