The rooms and grounds were overall clean and well kept. Rooms were comfortable and big.
The food at the restaurants was quite good, but they really controlled portions. We learned to ask to keep a menu to order more. We didn't indulge. The restaurants seemed under staffed as well.
The lunch restaurant near the beach was fantastic, mostly due to the great staff. They actually put the effort in, offering drink of the day, food suggestions, and checking in to see how we were doing. They never stopped smiling.
(This restaurant felt like a 5 star experience.)
The waiters during the afternoon around the pool and beach tried hard, but why weren't there more? Those guys had to work so hard to try keep up, but they never slowed down.
No night shows. They tried karaoke, but it felt like happy hour at a seniors home. No activities during the day.
We've been to quite a few all inclusive resorts and this one lacked effort. The overall feel was empty and boring.
If you already booked this, don't worry, it wasn't bad. You enjoy the food and drinks.
Food, rooms, bars 4 stars.
