Let me start off by saying the room was clean, the amenities were great ( hot chocolate station and gym even popcorn was awesome.
Ok let me get to the good stuff. My husband is type2 diabetic we had a wonderful night out and just wanted to get straight to our room for him to take his medication and drink something because he felt sick and his sugar was very low
We get back to the hotel at 11 pm and the elevators were broke all three of them, we were on the 11th floor. Heres the kicker I asked for maybe a frieght elevator to assist with getting some of the guest (seniors and disabled) to their room which they said theyve been waiting for hours to get to their rooms. No frieght elevator they then told me to go outside ( in the rain) to go to the emergency staircase (locked and frintdesk has NO KEY, WHAT!!.
The young lady at the front desk says to me " Yo the eleveators are broke" no apology no empathy NOTHING. I then say to her how about we start off with, I apologize the elevators are broke and we are doing everything in our power to fix the situation. I explain to her my husband is very sick and NEEDS his medication out of the room. Lets just say that didnt happen. 3 hours later about 2:30 am to 3 am one elevator works.
The plot thickens the next morning, try to go downstairs to get breakfast for us again to regulate his sugar for the day and BOOM the elevators are broke AGAIN. I had to walk down 11 flight of stairs to get on the breakfast line which was out the door.
