Mixed experience — great staff, rough rooms
The staff was genuinely great — friendly, helpful, and the only real positive part of this stay. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves were a letdown.
The room was beat up and ugly, clearly worn down and overdue for renovation. While the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean, everything else felt neglected. The floors were sticky, which immediately made the room feel unsanitary, and there was a strong chemical smell that lingered the entire time.
You can tell they try, and the staff deserves credit, but the condition of the rooms seriously drags this place down. With some major updates and better cleaning of surfaces, this could be decent — as it stands, it’s hard to recommend unless you have no other option.
