Step outside and you’re surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture.

- Brickell City Centre is just a short walk — designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks.

- Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views.

- Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building — a unique waterfront archeological site.

- Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away (usually 10–15 minutes).



If you prefer to explore without driving, the Metromover is steps away — free, fast, and connects you to Downtown & the Arts District.

Other Things to Note:

- All guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500) before check-in. Exclusions apply; see House Rules for full details.



- Pool Access: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Friday–Sunday only (no weekday access).



- Façade Repairs: Starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.



- Late Check-In Penalty: Check-ins before 11:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a $90 penalty due to limited on-site staff availability during those hours.

This is not an early check-in upgrade, it applies only when arrival happens outside standard check-in window.



- Luggage Store: To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer preferred pricing with Bounce, a secure luggage storage service located just a 4-minute walk from the building, ideal for early arrivals or late departures.

Note: Bounce does not operate 24/7 and has specific opening hours. Please keep this in mind when planning drop-off or pick-up.

Tolles Appartment mit tollem Ausblick und kleinen Fehlern

Wir waren schon zum 4.Mal in diesem Appartementhaus. Die Kommunikation und der Check Inn und auch einfache Infos kommen sehr schnell. Super!!!Ein bisschen gründlicher müsste geputzt werden. Die Kissen sind Ansichtssache, aber Schlafkomfort sollte schon stimmen. Was ein großer Mangel ist, ist der Einstieg in die Dusche. Menschen unter 1,75cm fällt es schwer über den Badewannenrand zu klettern. Die Küche ist zwar laut Beschreibung voll ausgestattet, aber na ja, sehr minimalistisch. 4 Gläser, ein paar Teller, wirklich sehr wenig. Wenn das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis besser wäre, wäre es o.k. Wir sind trotzdem sehr gerne hier im Icon Brickell. Danke Nathalie und das Team

Excellent Stay!

This property is amazing! Incredible views and a great location. The hosts were very thorough and professional with their communication and were quick to respond to any questions we had! The ONLY complaint is that to sleep 4 is very tight. The futon does tectonically sleep 2 people, but we had to sleep face to feet to fit comfortably. Other than that, everything was phenomenal!

Perfect Stay

My husband and I needed a place to stay before we boarded our cruise in Miami. From the very start, Natalia and Silvia were excellent to work with. The communication prior, throughout, and at the end of our trip was exceptional! The condo was immaculate, and in an excellent location. Everything about our short trip was perfect.!

Great for healthy lifestyle

We cook most of our meals at home and kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dishwasher were quiet enough to run while we were in the room - a big plus. There are plenty of places to walk to eat and affordable if you are not looking for a big night out. Good mix of options from counter service to high end dining. We are health nuts so the cold plunge and hot tubs in spa were a huge plus. Pool is so big there is always a chair even on a holiday weekend. There are beds facing the water to catch sunrise/sunset if desired. Loved looking at the water while drinking coffee. Hosts were great and responsive. Management kept the spa clean and serene. People at the pool were chill. My only complaint would be that they had the same level of enforcement with the noisy partiers above us. Overall this is a wonderful property with great hosts - would def stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay

The property is properly described. It was very clean, and everything is in working order. AC worked great, Bed was very comfy, etc. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is for the parking situation. The valet is very expensive and the parking garage you pay additional for is 2 blocks away. Not so bad all the time as I love a nice walk when the weather permits. However, we had a full on monsoon so getting from car to condo, you would have thought we jumped into the water fully clothed. There are no additional options from what we were told. Like i say, if your healthy and the weather is nice, not a big deal. Also, it is a large building with lots of units. On the weekend nights it got pretty loud in the halls about 1am with w loud neighbors who must have brought friends back and wanted to party. (slamming doors, yelling, music, etc) Closing the bedroom door did help a little with that. At the end of the day, Nat was great to work with. She got us into our unit early on day of arrival. I came in off a red eye and was tired so i was very appreciative of her. She was very professional and checked in often via text or when she saw us. I would rent here again. The view!! The view never gets old and the amenities the building has to offer is top notch!!

The VIEW <3

This is my second time staying at the ICON. We had to come back this time in an upgraded unit - so happy we did. WOW were we blown away by the large clean space and the balcony view every morning of the river/pool/ocean. I love staying here bc of the location and the top notch amenities. Do not hesitate to book here, very professional and smooth check in & out.

Brickell/Miami Stay

Beautiful, modern space! The host was very available. However, the "queen-sized" sleeper couch is not queen-sized and is extremely uncomfortable. It just folds down and doesn't even do that very well. Maybe a child could sleep on it, but that's about it. Also, not nearly enough towels for 2 people let alone 3-4, and they charge for extras. The parking situation is horrendous and we were not made aware of how that could be facilitated beforehand. The television streaming did not work the whole time we were there (4 days), and the repairperson just showed up and did not speak English so that did not go well and it never got fixed. I would say don't have more than 2 people staying there (if they can't share the same bed, forget it!). Make sure you contact the host at least a month prior to arranging the paid parking situation or you'll be in big trouble (we just happened to find free parking near a construction site a few blocks away). Bring your own extra towels (FYI, their towels are not high quality so I cannot understand the charge for extras that fit the number of people in the space) and buy your own detergent because you'll be washing towels daily probably. The security (however warranted), can absolutely become annoying for you or if you want to have one or two visitors with you at the pool, etc. This space has great potential, it's just that the hosts are banking on the exclusivity of the location as their foray into luxury, however, this is where the luxury ends.

Nice neighborhood, the building & pool was great

The apartment had everything we needed. The host’s & property manager were very responsive and helpful. The building & the amenities were beautiful. The only 2 flags we had are: 1. The bathtub - yes it’s as hard to get into as all the other reviews say 2. The futon was almost unbearable to sleep on. It was very hard, the back of the couch folded down and there was a very hard bar between the seat and the back. It would be impossible to sleep on for 2 people.

Everything you need right here!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here the first week of March 2023. Very secure building and staff. High rise building(s) with beautiful views. Fast elevators, so never had an issue with getting one. Everything you need is right here - spa, pool, gym, sauna, steam room. Very very nice. My only complaint is the bathtub/shower. Very deep bathtub that you had to basically climb in and out of. Potential falling hazard for those unsteady on their feet. Otherwise would highly recommend and would go back!

Amazing stay at the Icon "W" Hotel

Everything from checking to checkout was flawless. Two items to mention ,The tub is VERY deep and if you are petite or have small children it is impossible to get in and out of without help. Second checking in and checking out could take a lot longer due to the massive amounts of people waiting for the elevator. Overall we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Relaxing getaway

Everything was perfect! Our 1st time in Brickell - usually stay on South Beach so wasn't sure how it would be....condo exactly as pictured...clean, stylish, nice view! Huge kitchen. And very very quiet! Pool area nice. So many amazing restaurants within walking distance. We used Resort Pass app to go one day to SLS hotel South Beach for a beach day...also on checkout day, use Luggage Hero app to find a place to store luggage if you aren't leaving for the airport at checkout time and you want to have a pool day at Icon...also nice walking path on Brickell Key over a bridge..highly recommend this condo! No-stress getaway!

Unit was as described. Very nice and well appointed.! The amenities were great. I would only wish that there was a handle to hold onto to get into the shower. It’s very steep to get over the tub and felt a bit dangerous.

Above and Beyond

I cannot express the gratitude I feel for having stayed in such a lovely place owned by even lovelier people! Communication prior to check in made me feel extremely valued. No comparison to Hotels imo this is so much better! When I met Sarah in the Lobby she was so warm & welcoming, walked me up to the place I was staying, went over how things worked. Thorough is an understatement. Any question I had she answered before I even had to ask. The views OMG, the amenities, WOW, & most of all the cleanliness, it’s above and beyond! I honestly can’t recommend this oasis of a place enough!!! Book with them you won’t regret!

Okay let’s just say we LOVE MIAMI!! The view of our room, the room itself. We loved it all. Clean, comfortable, bright, my favorite is the privacy. You can’t go up in the elevator without room access. Made me feel safe. Everything was nearly walking distance away (I’ve never walked so much in my life😩) be prepared to pay for parking EVERYWHERE you go. I’m from Ga where we park for free mostly. I have family here so the fact I was able to see my family and a very good friend of mine really put the cherry on top. This was my spouse birthday weekend and he enjoyed the stay and shopping (expensive) but worth the penny or should I say dollar lol we will be back soon🥰 8/20/20 HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN TO MY BABY💕🥳
