The condo is very lovely and has everything you need to cook as if you were in your own kitchen. We loved the deck! You can see the ocean if you stand up but the main view is to the inter coastal waterway. We spent many hours relaxing on the deck. The condo is at the end of a hallway so it was very quiet. We would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful comfortable spacious apartment. We stayed for 10 days with two others and had ample space. Sahar is a fantastic host. You can see he cares about his property and the comfort of his guests. Very responsive. Great view of the intercoastal. The kitchen is brand new and makes you think twice about going out to eat! I highly recommend.

Great weekend getaway with the amenities of a hotel and the comforts of home. Condo was as pictured and well equipped. Balcony overlooked the channel in one direction and had a view of the ocean in the other. They did supply beach chairs and umbrella, but we opted to rent them from the resort. Towel and chair service was also included and available. I only have two minor gripes and none attributed to the unit itself. As others have noted, the elevators are incredibly slow. Sometimes waiting as long as 15 minutes to make it down to the lobby (during peak times.) Second, there is access to laundry on each floor, however, you pay via app which requires funding with a minimum of 15. Each machine is 1.50 per cycle, so note it will take quite a few loads to use up the credit.

The Alexander

This vacation condo is in a highrise hotel on the beach. It has a balcony with views of the intra coastal and partial view of the ocean. There are two pools and acess to the beach. Two bedrooms and baths, a full kitchen and living room. There is a restaurant and food service at the pool. There is a spa and gym which we did not use. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay at this property. The property amenities were nice especially the pool area. Great location in North Beach, quieter at night but only a 20-30 minute bike ride down to South Beach (there's a Citi Bike kiosk right across Collins Avenue from the property). Sahar was super quick to respond and made our check in and check out process smooth. Amazing balcony with great views of Millionaire's Row, Biscayne Bay, and the downtown Miami skyline. Beds were comfortable and kitchen will stocked. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our weekend stay

This location was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Living room was comfortable for watching movies and game nights. The kitchen was well stocked, although we made pizza one night and couldn’t find a pizza cutter, which was not a big deal. There were lots of extras in the condo that made our stay even better: games, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and sand toys to name a few. Great weekend stay!

Ocean front

Clean, comfortable and roomy. Ocean right out front.We did smell the seaweed (algae bloom?) but it was not a deal breaker, it didn’t really bother us. Beds were comfortable, just a short golf cart ride to Duval. My daughter even walked to Duval, but it was a bit of a jaunt.We adored key west and can’t wait to return… we would stay at this property again!

An absolutely great experience

From start to finish, staying at this beautiful beachfront condo was a pleasure. Communications with the host were excellent and we were afforded the opportunity to check in a few hours early which helped greatly. The unit itself was spacious and very nicely appointed with everything we could want for a great stay. The balcony and views were amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need including a choice of coffee makers to accommodate any option you choose (K-cups, drip, etc). Beach amenities including chairs and umbrella were available in the unit. Also within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Anytime I am heading to Miami, I am checking first to see if this unit is available. I would stay here again anytime!

The apartment was great and the view from the apartment was majestic! A beautiful sunset every night! Shahar is by far the most responsive host I have ever experienced. Spring break trip

The main living area was beautiful and updated! Kitchen was wonderful and just what we needed to make our breakfast and lunches at the condo. The master bathroom had one towel and there wasn’t a bath mat so…had to get creative and use the pool towels from pool deck. The master bath could use an update for sure. The master bedroom sheets did not smell cleaned. The second bedroom was nice. That bathroom also could use an update to match the rest of the condo. The pool areas and sauna/gym were awesome!! The beach of course was fantastic! Overall a nice play to stay!

Great stay

They have definitely done some work to it. Kitchen looks brand new. I’d like to see them replace the carpeting in the bedrooms but that is the only thing. Communication with host and check in was very easy. Would recommend to guests to bring food and utilize the great cooking space. The places to eat on site are very expensive.

Good Stay!

Good stay over mlk weekend with my family. Host was very responsive and Apartment is as advertised in pictures. Hotel is slightly dated and elevators can be slow but right on the beach and is close proximity to bigger mid beach resorts. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the kids. Host provided beach chairs which is a nice savings as they are 15 each to rent on beach. You can also rent jet skiis at the beach which was cool. Overall solid weekend! a big hit with the kidsm
