The Space:

Space: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1,300 sq ft, 39th-floor corner unit with a 250 sq ft balcony.



Sleeps 8:

• Bedroom 1: King bed

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed

• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds

• Living room: Sofa bed



In the unit: Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, blender, toaster, large fridge, dishwasher), in-unit washer/dryer, smart TVs in every room, dedicated workspace, fast wifi.

Building amenities (included): Resort-style pool and state-of-the-art gym (9th and 10th floors), three on-site restaurants, spa facilities (hammam, wet and dry saunas, massage services available for an additional fee). Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is exclusively yours, with full access to the building's pool, gym, on-site dining, and spa.

Building registration & resort fee: This is an Airbnb-registered building. Before check-in, the building will text the primary guest a short registration link to upload guest IDs and pay the mandatory $43.51/night resort fee. Completing this in advance makes your front-desk visit much faster — or you can do it in person on arrival. The front desk then issues your unit key cards. The fee is set by the building and is separate from your Airbnb booking total.

Note: this unit is privately managed (independent of any hotel program at the building).

Getting Around:

Two blocks from the building, the Brightline high-speed train station offers direct service to Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando — great for day trips around South Florida or even a Disney World run.

From Miami International Airport, you can reach downtown by train, or use Uber/Lyft for door-to-door convenience. For local travel, rideshare is the easiest way around the city.



Other Things to Note:

Mandatory resort fee: A $43.51/night resort fee is required by the building (not the host). It covers your access to building amenities including the pool, gym, spa areas, and other resort features. Paid at check-in via the building's text-message link or at the front desk. This is separate from your Airbnb booking total.



Check-in: A member of our team meets you in the lobby to walk you through arrival. The front desk handles building registration (ID upload + resort fee + key card issue) — completing the registration in advance via the building's text link makes this step faster. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance.



Parking: This unit does not include parking. On-site valet is available (set by the building, hotel-style — no in-and-out, fee per exit). For a more affordable option, a public parking garage is available on the same block.



Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee — just let us know.



Amenity closures: Certain amenities or areas may occasionally close for events, maintenance, or weather. These are managed by building administration and are beyond the host's control. No discounts are issued for temporary closures.
