The Space:

Welcome to your home at District 225, one of Downtown Miami's newest luxury towers. This 1-bedroom residence on the 16 floor is fully furnished, professionally designed, and completely move-in ready, with city views framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and abundant natural light throughout the day.



Sleeping & living

The home sleeps up to 4 guests in: a queen bed — dressed in fresh hotel-quality linens. The open living area is built for relaxing after a day out, with comfortable seating, a smart TV with streaming apps, and a sofa bed for an extra guest — In-unit climate control lets you set your own temperature, and the space stays quiet and private high above the street.



Kitchen & dining

Cook in or grab something quick in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils — everything you need for anything from morning coffee to a full meal. Effortless, independent stay. Check-in is contactless. After you complete registration at the front desk, you'll receive a secure FOB that opens your unit, the elevators and the amenity floors. Valid government photo ID is required at check-in for every adult guest (building policy).

Amenity access is wristband-based: each registered adult guest receives a wristband at check-in (up to 4 per unit). Wear it to use the pool, spa, gym and other facilities.



Our local contact is available 24/7 — we'll send full check-in details, the building address and parking instructions before arrival. Food-delivery drivers are met in the lobby. District 225 is a 100% non-smoking building (indoors and in all common areas).



Parking. Complimentary parking is available for our guests at a nearby off-site garage — it is not located within the building itself. This is a building-managed service, subject to availability and governed by their specific rules (one vehicle per unit). Full parking directions are sent before arrival.

And a matching note worth adding, since the original document flagged it — the off-site garage has a 24-hour rule: vehicles cannot remain parked for more than 24 consecutive hours. To stay compliant, exit and re-enter the garage before the 24-hour mark to reset the timer. Failure to follow this may result in fines or towing by the building administration at the guest's expense; the host is not responsible for building enforcement actions.

It runs daily and connects to the Metrorail for wider access — reach Brickell restaurants and bars for free.



BRIGHTLINE (fast rail): MiamiCentral station is an 8-minute walk. Fast, comfortable service to Fort Lauderdale (30 min), Boca Raton (45 min), West Palm Beach (60 min) and Orlando (approx. 3.5 hours). Excellent for day trips.



RIDESHARE & TAXI: Uber and Lyft are widely available. Approximate fares from the building:
