The Space:

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the communal amenities at the complex.

Bayside Marketplace is just a 7-minute walk away, South Beach is a mere 5 miles away, and the Wynwood Arts District is only 2 miles away. Additionally, you’ll be close to the Port of Miami and convenient public transportation options (Metromover/Metrorail).



Getting Around:

The condo is located approximately 7.5 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). Valet parking is available onsite for a fee.

Fees & Costs

Resort Fee: $35 per night, paid at check-in to the front desk. This gives you access to The Gale Hotel's pools, fitness center, yoga studio, pool bar, dining, lounges, and more premium amenities.

Valet Parking: Available onsite for a fee

Wellness Spa Services: The sauna, massages, and facials require additional fees (subject to availability and administration rules).

Late Check-in: Arrivals after 11:00 pm incur a $50 fee. Arriving more than 30 minutes past your scheduled time adds a $35 fee.

Optional Services: Pack 'n Play cribs and cleaning service are available for an extra charge—just let us know in advance.



Check-In & Requirements

- Check-in happens at the front desk with our on-site representative. Please provide your exact arrival time to avoid delays.

- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

- You'll sign a Rental Agreement after booking confirmation.

- Valid ID may be required at check-in or during your stay.

- A security deposit may be required depending on the booking platform (not ABB).



House Rules

- Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must be greeted by the main guest—the front desk cannot grant access to unidentified guests.

- Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the condo. Violations result in a $300 fine plus $100 cleaning fee.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please be respectful of neighbors.

- Sorry, pets are not allowed.

- After 10 pm, please keep noise to a minimum.



Deliveries

- Food Delivery: Due to building regulations, delivery drivers cannot come to the apartment. Please meet them at the designated space next to the front desk.

- Package Delivery: You're responsible for receiving your own packages at the front desk. A $5 fee per parcel may apply.

Note: There are no mailboxes or package lockers in the building.



Cleanliness & Damages

- You're responsible for any damages that occur during your stay. If additional cleaning is required due to excessive dirtiness, a $100 fee will apply.

- We provide starter supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion). Once these run out, you'll need to purchase replacements.



Security & Building Info

- Outdoor security cameras are installed on the property.

- An independent management company operates the building. Building-related issues are separate from our condo management and outside our control.

Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival, you will need to register at the reception to receive the keys. Be ready to present your ID and sign some documents. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
