I paid a lot of money for this stay and it was a terrible experience. I purchased breakfast through the Expedia app, but the hotel never included it and never provided the breakfast coupon/voucher. We waited around 30 minutes in line just to place an order because they were short-staffed. The only employee working was calm and patient, but he clearly needed help. After ordering, it took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive.
My sister ordered the avocado toast and it was extremely small—one piece of toast with barely any avocado. We had to share food and then buy more elsewhere because it wasn’t enough.
When we finally went back up around 11:10, we were locked out of our room and had to go back down to get it unlocked. The thermostat didn’t work properly (too hot or too cold), and even after complaining, nothing was fixed. After the beach, we asked for extra towels and were told their linen order didn’t arrive and towels wouldn’t be available until 1 AM.
Overall, poor service and poor management. Not worth the price at all.
