We selected this hotel as a last-minute option due to travel delays caused by a winter storm. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the rooms were clean and matched the images provided. Although the showers were small, they were sufficient for a quick shower before heading to the airport.
We did have a concern upon arrival. One of the rooms had an unlocked back door which we were able to lock and one of the windows could not be secured, which worried us about unauthorized access to the room.
The booking process was straightforward, and the staff were responsive to messages through the portal. We booked two rooms, each with a booking confirmation code, but we initially received only one room access code. Despite multiple communications with the staff, they initially responded rudely, insisting that both codes had been sent. After persistent follow-up, they eventually resent the second code, and the check-in process proceeded smoothly thereafter. It is advisable for the hotel management to address guest concerns promptly and consider guest feedback seriously, even if it seems there might be a discrepancy from their perspective.
