Very well appointed, clean house, very centrally located in Miami. Easy access to the Everglades, Biscayne National Park and the beach. Outdoor area was absolutely perfect and definitely the highlight of our stay, especially for the kids. Host was very communicative and super quick to respond to any questions I had. This is a well-designed house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. The backyard pool area is the best!! It's close to Cococnut Grove, Coral Gables, and many other neighborhoods. We went to the beach a lot, but were just as happy staying home and relaxing at the pool. The manager was quick to reply. We travelled with 4 adults and 7 teenagers, and we had plenty of space. Everyone loved it!

I had a wonderful time at this location. Clare was so helpful even with a miss communication on the time for the arrival time, she did her best to help. I was there with three other people for my birthday and we had plenty of room. We definitely loved the hot tub the most but enjoyed the pool area as well. The beds were so comfortable and we loved hanging out in the family room. The only issue we had was the traffic on the bridge going to south beach, I wished it was a little closer but other than that the place was perfect and so was the host. If I come back to Florida I will be definitely booking again.

Amazing place for family vacation!

We had 8 in our group, ranging from age 6 up to 72. This was a great house for our whole family! Lots to do in Coral Gables, and it’s an easy jaunt to downtown Miami as well. The house was beautiful and very clean. The owner included so many thoughtful little extras, including sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, and even disposable slippers. The well-stocked coffee bar in the kitchen was much appreciated by the coffee lovers in our group. But the real star of this property was the dreamy backyard with its pool and spa and outdoor lounge. It was hard to leave the house and go explore the city because we just wanted to stay in that backyard oasis all day!

Beautiful house and perfect host!

The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a friend group trip to Miami! Clare was extremely warm and welcome, over-communicative with check in and out instructions. She was very responsive any time questions came up. Aside from that we really appreciated the accommodations - shower AND pool towels, toiletries, use of the grill, even slippers. When we arrived Clare also left us a few bottles of wine which was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Perfect Place for our Family Trip to Miami

All the extra touches made Clare's villa in Coral Way a memorable place for our family vacation. Our grandkids were drawn immediately to the pool and there were so many pool floats for them to choose from. There was bubbly in the frig, which made for tasty Mimosas on the patio at breakfast, along with excellent espresso from the espresso machine. The decor of the spotlessly clean house has a Miami vibe, which made this Miami girl feel right at home. Beds and bedding were super comfortable. Our family noticed that even the hair conditioner in the showers was high quality. Clare sent us timely messages about our stay, texted us to check how we were doing, and made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time during our Spring Break. The house was clean, fully stocked, recently renovated and had great amenities and furniture etc. The garden is beautiful which allowed adults to do some work while kids played in the pool. Caring and thoughtful owner

I can't say enough about how thoughtful Clare was during our stay at her Miami home. When our flight was canceled last week due to all flights being grounded, she really showed us how much she cares about her guests. I already was beside myself trying to find another flight to get my family to Miami in time for our cruise departure the following day and Clare reached out to me before I could even update her with our cancelation. The long and short of it, we found another flight but unfortunately was not able to arrive at the property until 3am. She messaged me to let me know she picked up bagels and cream cheese to make our morning a bit smoother and had wine and beer waiting in the fridge (my husband thanks you btw) She even had chocolate chip cookies for my son. It was unfortunate that we did not get to enjoy the house prior to our cruise departure so we booked it for 1 night once we returned, before we caught our flight home the following day. Again, she was initiating conversation about our arrival and even had the house ready before normal check in since our first stay was cut short. Her house was clean and exactly as described. The pool area was private and relaxing. We all said how we wished we had 1 more day to enjoy it and explore the surrounding towns which were all a quick Uber ride away. I definitely plan on booking this property the next time we visit Miami! Her thoughtfulness and attention are attributes I rarely see from homeowners who rent their properties out. That made a lasting impression on me and my family and we thank you for making our travel nightmare less stressful.

Could not be happier

We came to this property as a stop in an unexpected relocation and could not have been happier with our experience. The house is a true gem, the neighborhood super convenient and the neighbors friendly. Clare was communicative and very thoughtful. We would have stayed forever if we could. Every detail of the house is so well thought through and the design is outstanding. The rooms are comfortably sized, plenty of closet space. The kitchen is adorable and the outdoor space is a 10. Great pool, lovely areas to lounge and enjoy. Our daughter was thrilled with the space.
