Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Everything I'm about to share here has been shared with the host (who has yet to apologize).Everything about this listing is misleading and deceptive. -The unit looks nothing like it does in the photos. The pictures of the unit that are listed and the place that we stayed are completely different.-It is advertised as having a beachfront master suite. It doesn't. -The condo was dirty. Crumbs all over the floor. Carpet was old, tattered, ripped, and sticky. We had family members that never took off their shoes inside the room. -The bathrooms were just as bad. -In the kitchen, there was a pan that someone had left that had dried eggs still on it.-Everything smells like marijuana. -It has a gym, but only those 16 and up can use it. This isn't mentioned anywhere, and if it had been, I don't think we would've booked the unit. I understand if it's a liability and such, but it should've been disclosed. -Overall, the unit is neglected, misleadingly advertised, and incredibly uncomfortable. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and nowhere near worth what we paid. It was not a relaxing beach vacation for us. We left feeling more stressed out than we did when we arrived, and ended up leaving a day early. My hope is that the host is unaware of how bad things are, as opposed to knowing how bad things are and purposely deceiving people for their own gain.I don't mean to be a jerk. I just don't want others to get scammed into thinking this place is something it is not.

First, the good things: 1- Unit was a spacious two bedroom, two bath with a large balcony connected by the living room and both bedrooms, looking out over the back of the property 2- The pool was decently sized, with a tiki bar behind. Food at the tiki bar was surprisingly good.3- boardwalk and beach were right behind tiki bar, connecting you to other properties along the beachNow, onto the poor parts:1- The building itself is very old and dated. Parts of the decor looked like they were straight out of the movie Scarface. 2- The unit itself was dated and sparsely furnished. The furnishings that were there were very cheap.3- This place is an apartment building, seemingly primarily dedicated to permanent residents. It is not setup for vacationers as there are many ridiculous rules. 3a- You get one towel per person per day and cannot refresh them throughout the day. 3b- Checkout is at 10. We were threatened with a 171 late checkout fee if we were not out of the room by 10:05a3c- while they allowed us to stay at the property after checkout time, they would not let us use towels for the last day.4- Drinks and food by the pool were very expensive for what you got. 12oz beers were 13/each for example.5- bar Service at the tiki bar was horrendous. The single bartender was only able to handle one task at a time. 6- there wasn't much in the immediate area in terms of restaurants or stores.

The room was great. The View was nice but it was not an oceanfront view. Pool closes to early and has no night access to pool. Or after a day of exploring. I Didn’t like that you had to pay for parking when parking is available for the hotel and no street parking is offered. I did not like that no coffee was offered with my coffee pot. I didn’t not like that they didn’t have enough towels and they did not have wash cloths available in room

Not at all as advertised

Dirty, outdated. Pretty sure the furniture and beds are original from the 60s when it was built. Barely any basic supplies. Had to ask for towels and soap. Not what you should get from a vacation rental. Only thing good about it was the beach and the views of the ocean and the bayside. Would never stay here again for the price you pay

So loud!

-This property is located on a main street and the windows do nothing to block the sound. The traffic noise was so loud inside the unit that several times we checked to make sure we hadn't left a window or door open, even on the 7th floor. This led to restless nights as the traffic goes on all night. The air conditioning unit is also extremely loud every time it turns on and woke us up each time. -The unit was adequate but minimally stocked. The kitchen was pretty sparse so don't plan on doing any substantial cooking. No paper towels or dish soap were provided. The rest of the unit was not much better. The beds were made with only sheets, luckily we did find two blankets in the closets. The bathrooms had a few bath towels but no hand towels or washcloths. -There is an additional door from the main hallway into the kitchen with no deadbolt or security latch. Although the area seems fairly safe, this is a major security concern as there is no way to secure this entrance into the unit beyond the lock on the doorknob. -The beach access and pool were great and there is a nice playground nearby if you are traveling with kids. The building provides beach/pool towels in exchange for a card that you are given at check in. One towel per person per day and you can't exchange for a fresh towel until the following day. -Overall the unit and building look tired and very dated. I'm sure it was luxurious in the 80s but now it just looks like the sad old lady that thinks she is still cool.

Accommodations were perfect for our stay. Beds were comfortable (didn’t love the pillows ☹️) Condo was clean and nicely updated. Beautiful view. Louie’s tiki bar was an unexpected perk - amazing empanadas! Will definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location

The facility was great! Parking was easy, great views, accommodations were decent. Areas for impovement: Elevators are slow and small, thus often too full to get on. Had to pass 4x during a Mon am check out because elevator was too full to get on. Bedding was thin. No extra blankets. Woke up cold. Bathrooms are small and cavernous to get in to while my master suite had 4 closets. A remodel/redesign would offer a much better use of the space creating 1 large closet and a much larger bathroom at the same time. It’s important to think that couples need room to be in a bathroom at the same time to get ready. While the pool was nice, a hot tub would’ve been nice! There is so much wasted space around the pool, that a spa would be perfect for. Overall: It was a great place to stay. Great beach access, great views,
