«Very nice hotel, the staff is very nice and helpful. We did however had bad luck with the room, it smelled like sewer but they eventually gave us a new room. Also, they are not prepared for full occupancy since the day more people arrived they didn’t have enough umbrellas neither at the pool nor the beach.»

«Excellent beach vacation. Beach chairs were always available at some part of the beach. Clean, amazing water, life guards, and beach service made it safe and welcoming. If you’re looking to spend hours on the beach, definitely a place to go. »

«All in all a great stay! The resort is not too big, we liked that. Great beach! We never used the pools, says a lot because we had two teenage boys with us! Gym: well equipped. We had a plumbing incident in our room, and had to change rooms. The hotel stepped up and changed us to a similar room. We had the Villa junior suite plunge pool oceanfront. We had Jessica as our concierge! She was AWESOME! She made all our bookings in the restaurants and cabanas on the beach. She came by to check ...

«The room is clean and organized. The check in and out was easy, the instructions are clear. The resort access is not included in the fee that shows when you booked there was an additional $10 usd per night per person. That should be included in the fee shown in the booking site, so that the client won’t be surprised that there will be an additional fee on top of the booked amount. There is no food included, but there is an options of an all day pass buffet in the hotel amount to $1500 mxn ...

«Huge hotel with impressive entrance. Very slow check in. Had a great stay but the hotel rooms needs some TLC… Buffet is above average and the other restaurants are very good, especially the Mexican lunch restaurant. Very good pool areas. Great adult pool area which also needs some TLC. Always pick Don Julio Tequila 😉 Always red flag at the beach in February.»

«Great location and near the beach. The variation and food quality in the buffet restaurants is POOR. They have ala carte but then they force you to get up at 7 am to book a table. Please be aware of time share sellers when you arrive. They call it «hotel tour», but in reality they are trying to sell you memberships. We used 1 1/2 our of our holiday listening to one of the sellers. Waste of time. »
