I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Pyramid by Oasis. When we arrived, we were informed that our original room was no longer available because the hotel had overbooked. Instead of honoring our reservation, they switched us to a different room without any real explanation or proper accommodation.
What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the inconvenience they caused. There was no apology, no effort to make things right, and no customer service whatsoever. After traveling and expecting a smooth check-in, this was the last thing we needed.
Overbooking is a management issue, not the guest’s fault. The way it was handled was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here if
