The screw in the doorlock fell out, and then the toilet stopped working shortly after we arrived. We got a new room due to the toilet situation, but the staff member who helped us seemed a bit annoyed about it and we got the feeling she believed it was our fault. «Truly enjoyed our stay at this resort! Staff is super friendly, rooms and overall place is very clean, pools are big, and food has surprisingly great (which hasn’t been the case at other all-inclusive resorts). The beach was decent and you could stull go into yhe ocean considering the algae problem the Riviera has. Our only suggestion would be more music and activities by the pool, but other than that we loved it!»
