«We stayed in this houseboat for two nights while chartering a fishing trip out of Venice. A place to stay does not need to be fancy, but it should at least be clean. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the pans in the drawer were all greasy, the stovetop had food all over it and the sink wasn’t clean. On top of this, the dishwasher didn’t work. I don’t know who cleans the place but they need to do a better job, bathrooms included. Would not book again because of this. »

«The Grannie Sallie Fish Camp was a great place to stay for a group of avid outdoorsmen. Daniel was a great host, he responds very quickly and helped put us in touch with some local knowledge of the Venice area and put us on some great fish. The house was very accommodating even being upper 30s at night, Daniel took the time to set up space heaters for my group and we stayed plenty warm.
