Refrigerator had not been cleaned No towels and the ones she brought had black oil on them. Mold on shower curtain in front bathroom. Bathroom mat were filthy. «To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the property, from cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, which one could cut their bare feet on, the floor boards in the dining area that were loose and lifting up, a back storm door that was broken and would not close properly to the walls that were in need of a fresh coat of paint. «Close to LSU and perfect area for parents who have a student attending LSU. Very clean and nice place. Owners were nice and prompt to answer or fix any issues. I will definitely choosw to stay here when I visit my child at LSU again. Highly recommend! I was skeptical staying next to a gas station but it was actually the perfect place and area to stay. No issues with the residents of the neighborhood and no scares. Felt very comfortable. So happy my family chose this stay!»

"It was ok. I mean, it’s really just a casino with some rooms attatched. Kind of shady area. Be careful with your stuff, the casino don’t have control over who comes and goes and nobody will really help you if something gets stolen, even though they have thousands of cameras. The rooms are nice and the people at the reception were nice."
