«I booked a non-refundable room at this place in December 2025 with a planned stay in mid April 2026. Mexico then decided to start dragging people out of their cars and suffering general drug related terror spread throughout their country. I asked the hotel if they would consider a refund for my stay as I was understandably not comfortable going there any longer, Delta Airlines had no problem with it and gave me my money back; as good customer service and future guest retention would suggest. ...

«Great properyy, plenty of available pool chairs at least our week (early April). Had activities each day like pool games, bingo, blackjack, volleyball, etc. Kids things as well. We had a 1 bedroom that was nice with balcony. Food and drinks were good. Great fitness center. Things to improve - room cleaning came at different times, which did interrupt us a returning to room a couple times in one week stay. Property is big which is good but you’llget your steps in. »

«The hotel had my reservation, so easy check in and check out. No billing issues. Multiple pools (the rooftop one is for adults only), hot tubs and beach is 10 steps outside the property. The gym was nice but gets crowded at peak times. Aleta restaurant has long wait times to receive food. The hotel issued new room keys without verifying IDs or any information (big safety concern), the balcony doors don’t lock, and the last night I could hear upstairs guests VERY loudly. »

«Stayed for 9 days. Resort is in immaculate condition. Staff is wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. Our Elevator down for entire trip - a bit of a hassle. Resort pricing for food and beverages a little outrageous. Early AM chair-saving got obnoxious bit staff eventually addressed it. Great location.»

«We had a beautiful ocean view from our hotel, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the price. The windows were very dirty, which took away from the view. We also had issues with hot water—after calling reception, they said it was fixed, but the same problem happened again the next day. Food and drinks at the hotel were extremely expensive.
