Likte: Renhold, fasiliteter og overnattingsstedets bygg og tilstand
Pros: spacious room; pools and availability of lounge chairs; spectacular scenery (we had a garden view room but next time I would spend extra on partial or full ocean view); food and beverages both overall quality with a few exceptions (eg the ceviche was just mediocre) but tacos, pizza, burritos, burgers, pasta were great; food and beverage service was excellent, they get to know your name and remember you if you come back. We met lots of guests who had been coming back for years and staff who gave them big hugs who had obviously been working here for years too.
Cons: housekeeping was understaffed. We were told our room would be cleaned every second day, which was fine except they never came before 3 or 4pm which was when we were usually back in our rooms after a day in the sun, showering off the sunscreen and chlorine. Also, rooms had kitchens which were well equipped (including a dishwasher, a total pro, should be above!) but cooking and eating leftovers generates garbage which often needed to be removed more frequently than every second day, necessitating frequent calls to ask housekeeping to come. Also rooms were spacious and fairly comfortable but could use an update.
