Overall, we had a nice stay. We had a few little snags but the property is nice. Our room did flood due to a burst pipe in the hallway, but we were put into a new room quickly. There are some areas that needed a little cleaning, like the elevators. At brunch one morning my foot hit something that turned out to be a large bowl of old food. Service can be slow at times in the restaurants and for shuttle service. It can feel a bit salesy, because they do sell timeshares. These weren’t dealbreakers for us. Pros were the views, the whales in the water right outside the property, the room size. The food was pretty good. La Frida was excellent. We would like to come back one day.

Needs a total refresh - paint in the room was peeling off, and overall needs an update. Too many additional costs as well given that this was an all-inclusive. Food was good though

Under no circumstances would my family and friends visit this property. The Staff was absolutely lovely. However, every other aspect was terrible. We were there for a week and the same trash was on the stairs leading to our room the entire time. There were NEVER sufficient towels at either of the pools. We registered through the hotel for an off-site water activity but were told we could NOT take towels from the property. Our first night there, we waited over an hour (at 8:30 at night) to be seated at one of the walk in restaurants ONLY because there were only two servers for the entire restaurant. One of our friends because SEVERLY ill after drinking water from the water station in the gym. We know it happened there because it's the only place she ate or drank from that someone from our group did not. The resort then charged her an obscene amount of money to see the on-site doctor and to have OTC medications delivered to her at the property. When she did not get well and returned to the doctor the next day, they tried to charge her again. When she and her spouse decided to leave the property two days "early" to return to the US due to her illness, they refused to refund their costs related to those two days. No matter what you hear DO NOT GO HERE. Here is a tip for free, you can book one of their "high-end/exculsive" properties on AirBnB for LESS than you think. So, do not go to the "property tour" eg sales picture to buy into their version of a timeshare.

The staff made sure to be very patient and personable in interactions. The resort is very clean over all from the pools to the streets and walkways to the rooms and the beds very pleased with my visit will come back for years to come. I am thankful to go to an establishment like this that is very large in size and still transportation and walking is very easy and direction friendly. The staff answers any questions and is very clear and helpful never leaving you to second guess anything god bless to these woman and men working here they make every penny worth it daily.

The building and unit were in disrepair. It is difficult to get around, as a golf cart is required. Staff was courteous and food was good.

Our hallway had water dripping from the ceiling all week with a cone to block it off. Or e balcony had water dripping down all week. We reserved a day bed at the sky pool and were told we couldn’t use it until after 11am. When we showed up at 11:30 we were told they gave it away since we weren’t there by 11am. Poor communication when reserving and even worse service after the fact. Very little effort to understand and accommodate, even after another couple expressed the same issue. I’ve always enjoyed this property but the combination of suspect service and an aging property no longer feel worth the cost/value.

We are a family of four and this was our first time in Cabo. Cabo is beautiful! Pueblo Bonita Sunset is beautiful. The room had an amazing ocean front view. The room was very spacious and clean. All staff were very friendly! The property is sprawling; be prepared to walk (I like walking). If you do not want to walk you can call a shuttle to take you anywhere on the resort. Only regret is that we did not realize the beach is not swimmable.

The property is located in a very scenic area with beautiful views, and the balcony view was especially lovely. However, the rooms were poorly lit in the evenings, making it difficult to find things, and there were very limited electrical outlets for charging devices. Several members of our group experienced ongoing hot water issues during the stay and were directed to use the spa facilities for showers, which was inconvenient. The staff overall did not come across as very friendly and rarely appeared welcoming or enthusiastic. Although we booked an all-inclusive package, we were not informed that not all guests were on the same plan. This resulted in long queues where wristbands had to be scanned before ordering food, followed by additional waiting time for service. We had an especially disappointing experience at the Zao Shen restaurant, where we waited over three hours. We also paid for the New Year’s Eve party, but the lobster rolls ran out within the first hour. Despite having four tables in our group, none of us were served lobster and were simply told it was no longer available. Similar issues occurred at other venues, where food items were either unavailable or finished very early. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend this property.

The resort was fine the airport logistics and congestion was atrocious . Waited 4 hours in the most crowded airport we have ever been in for our flight home with no information provided about our flight delay by the airport . We checked out of the resort at 11am and arrived home at 2 am . Spoiled the vacation and we won't be returning to Cabo again .

This was my second time staying at the property. The staff is amazing at customer service and truly helps make your stay comfortable. However, the in-room amenities were inconsistent. We booked three rooms, and none of them had enough towels for all guests; one room was missing a “Do Not Disturb” sign, and another did not have a blow dryer. I believe it’s the little things like this that make all the difference. Overall, the property offers beautiful views and plenty of pools to enjoy during your stay. The only negative experience was with the sales team at check-in, who were very persistent about trying to get us to attend a presentation on their vacation homes. One sales representative even told me that I had been scammed when booking an excursion outside of the property and claimed that if I attended their presentation, they would refund what I paid and provide another excursion for free. This was not true, and I did not want to waste my time sitting through a presentation. The interaction left a bad taste and negatively impacted my overall impression of the property.

Our balcony had a nice view, thankfully. Our room wasn’t the problem, except for the large spiders in the couch. We waited 3 hours to get sheets/blankets for the pull out couch, until almost 2:00 am…we were told we could not be served at the 24 hour Bistro because they were too busy, even though half of the tables were empty. Our original room was given away. This resort oversold their property and then they were not at all prepared to take care of all of the visitors. It was upsetting.

Our stay was very disappointing overall. The property is so spread out that you can’t easily walk from one place to another, and you’re forced to rely on golf carts, which were constantly backed up with long lines and long waits. The hotel was extremely crowded, making everything feel hectic rather than relaxing. Room service was very poor—we had to call multiple times just to get a simple request handled. To make matters worse, our building had no hot water for two days, and instead of fixing the issue promptly, we were eventually moved to another room, which was a major inconvenience. This experience fell far below expectations and made our stay unnecessarily stressful.
