I searched for this property on multiple sites to find reviews and couldn't find it, so we had high expectations thinking it was new based on the property description and high price.Unfortunately we were very disappointed.The street numbers on the building are so small you can't see them from the street, let alone in the dark.There were no instructions on how to open the main door, and we arrived after midnight and struggled to work it out.The walls and blinds are all dirty, there is a broken blind in the lounge and almost all the blind cords are broken. Some lights don't work and some light switches are missing knobs. There are multiple broken door and cupboard handles.The windows in the lounge and kitchen wouldn't open to let in fresh air. There is only one fan which had broken legs.There was only one tea towel provided so we had to dry the dishes with paper towel.The furniture is dirty. The drain in the shower doesn't drain properly (we had to use the plunger next to the toilet!) and the bath water is barely warm.The exhaust fan was dirty and mouldy. It is also not stated in the property description that there is NO onsite parking.We thought the parking spot outside was for our use and found out on our last day that it belongs to next door.I contacted the company and they confirmed this (almost 7hrs after my message), though we had never been told this prior. You have to park in the next street, if there is space. Good luck if you have suitcases!
